[cisco-voip] VG224 fax issues

I have a VG224 running in a location with several fax machines attached.
Users are having and issue whenever sending long distance faxes but
local faxes are fine.  We require a long distance code to be entered
(Enforced by telco).  The original dialed number works fine, then the
user tries to enter their access code and the message they receive is
not enough digits even though they have dialed the correct code.   Is
there some type of DTMF command that I am missing on these VG224's
(running MGCP).
