[cisco-voip] FXO port help

I have a gateway that has 4 FXO ports that when originally setup (about
3 months ago) were working perfectly fine. The four analog lines were
set up in an inbound hunt group being controlled by the telco. Last
week they had some power issues and since then one of the lines will not
work anymore. The telco has checked the line, we have checked all
cabling to the port and swapped the FXO card, but I still have this
issue on the first line in the hunt group. I'm not sure if the Power
surge had anything to do with this, but it seem very coincidental.
Could it be anything that the telco has changed such as voltage, etc. on
the line? Is there anyway to troubleshoot this from the IOS debugs
