Installing the plugin is
http://your-callmanager/ccmAdmin/install.asp
That should list the Attendant Console plugin on your CCM for local
install.
I saved mine to a network share so I didn't have to log into the CCM
again and again from each workstation.
Be sure that the phone has a user set up in Global Directory (CCM menu,
User>>Add User)
The user must be associated to the phone, and have CTI rights (checkbox)
The user logs into Attendant Console with their own username/password
combo
the 'AC' user is what controls the lines from the CCM to inform the user
as to status of others lines etc...
It's reasonably straightforward-- making sure that the 'ac' user is
associated with all the phones you want to use Attendant Console with is
the key thing.
I didn't 'get' the part about the 'ac' user at first-- tried to make up
my own name for that user, etc- -- HAVE to use it the way Cisco says in
the below doc.
This is the directions for configuring Attendant Console-

Subject: [cisco-voip] Attendant Console install blues
Does anyone know the exact steps(beyond saying that it's a plugin) or a
url to install CallManager 4.1's Attendant Console 1.3 on a Windows XP
machine?
