[cisco-voip] Describe CM server user license

It should be added, that in future versions of CallManager, actual license
count versus phones registered will truly limit you to what you've purchased
in phone licenses.

Server license is basically how many endpoints you are allowed to register
to that server.  The 100 user license for 7815 is both a marketing point and
a technical point because it is a very weak server than cannot support the
full suite of CM services (IPMA, CTI Control, AC, IPCC Express, 100 phone
endpoints with 6 lines per endpoint, etc.) enabled and pounding that low end
server.

if you need a larger server or more capacity please work with your cisco
account teams.  There is usually favorable pricing available for platform
(and therefore server user license) upgrades.
