Not to my knowledge.  Unless there is an AXL/Soap way of doing it.

 

Easiest way is to set all line and phones to none for MoH and then
change the device pool each week.  But you will need ccadmin for that.

What is the easiest way for a user to change the music on hold?  We are
going to begin changing our hold music weekly.  

 

Can this be done without any administrative assistance, or access to
call manager?
