you know how mp3 file name can be really, really long when you download
them off the web? Well, I put one in the "dropMOHaudiosourcefilehere"
directory and CCM did its thing by converting it but now the file
doesn't show up under "programfiles?cisco>MOH" and when I try to add it
as a MOH source file in CCM admin (MOH Audio Source File Config), it
gives an error saying it's over 50 characters. How do I get rid of that
selection within "MOH Audio Source Config" page? The file is not on the
server anywhere, just in the SQL db it seems.
thanks

Subject: [cisco-voip] Music On Hold
What is the easiest way for a user to change the music on hold?
We are going to begin changing our hold music weekly.
Can this be done without any administrative assistance, or
access to call manager?
