Easiest way would be to use a source like a radio tuner (AM, FM, Sirius, XM) 
or CD changer in an accessible area (with appropriate licensing, of course) 
, and let the games begin...  No admin intervention required, but you might 
need a referee.  Maybe you could auction off playing rights and use the 
proceeds for some good purpose.
