Having used these a few times for customers the templates work great, you can even customize them with your logos if you like.
The customer service was also very helpful in resolving an error we had very quickly.
I thought of writing something myself but with all the changes and time needed to keep it fresh it was an easy decision.

just glancing at it, I wish I had a bit more database savvy and some
extra time to do it myself.
Do you have to buy new templates whenever Cisco changes the database
structure though?
