[cisco-voip] Unity 4.0.5

Has anyone ever had Unity 4.0.5 UM record other people.

 

I've had a couple weird UM's that record blank then someone answering
the phone and talking.  One side of the conversation is recorded only.
Any ideas.  It's almost like a channel is not fully released and then
keeps recording.

 

User A calls User B.  but User A doesn't leave a message.  Then some
call is made / answered and that call is UM to user B.  I think it's a
PSTN call.  So Maybe I'm looking at the problem incorrectly.  Maybe it's
a PRI issue.  Any thoughts or suggestion to look at.  I have a TAC case
open, but they are not moving on it at any rate of speed.
