Check to see if you have orphaned RTP streams hitting Unity with
Sniffer or Ethereal. I have seen issues with the orphaned streams
causing problems with the recording of voicemails. Not sure if there
have been any fixes to the Unity TSP to ignore the orphaned stream.
The problem used to be that Unity would use the same UDP Port to
receive streams. If there was one that was not properly torn down by
the remote side then Unity could end up in a position of receiving two
RTP streams on the same UDP Port.
