You might want to check out the "Real-Time Monitoring Tool".  Go to
ccmadmin page->Application->Install Plugins->Cisco CallManager Real-Time
Monitoring Tool.

 

You can view CallsInProgress, CallsCompleted, Registered Phones per
gateway, etc.

 

CallManager Attendant Console is really more of a secretary application
and is harder to view the total number of calls but does give the name
of the users whose phone is off the hook.

it was called that back in 3.x.  it's call attendent console in 4.x.

I am needing a way to actively monitor phone calls on the network.
Someone told me about web attendant but I cannot seem to find any
documentation for it in 4.1.

Is this still an active product?  any other solutions to monitor phone
usage
real time?  preferable no cost but need any solutins.
