[cisco-voip] Media ports on cisco 7960

The phone is using RTP, which has a specified UDP port range of 16384
to 32767....

I do not believe this can be changed (it is a function of the
underlying protocol).

But more importantly, I think changing it to such a small range of
ports (98) would have serious negative consequences.
