[cisco-voip] CallManager Workgroup Name

As long as you have your Host and LMHost files
configured correctly and you are NOT using WINS then
there should be zero impact by changing the workgroup.
Keep in mind that it is a best practice not to assign
a workgroup with the same name as an existing domain
or you risk bugging out your browser service for the
domain and cluster, this is not typically a big deal
but no sense risking any weird re-elections.
Example
Workgroup:voice
existing domain: voice.domain.com
