[cisco-voip] cfgfmt Program

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a copy of the cfgfmt
program?  I need to create a gkdefault file for a 7912 but apparently
don't have permissions to log onto the cisco site and download any of
the firmware packages that the file is supposedly in.
