Also verify the fax is not using Super G3 (33.3) (only G3 at 14.4) and
that ECM is disabled in addition to looking for slips/errored seconds.
G3 and ECM are usually configurable on higher-end fax machines
(Richo/Xerok).
What is your fax machined attached to ? ATA/VG/FXS?

I hate these things :)
Have a fax machine at a remote campus that is having trouble recieving
multi-page faxes. For example it might get halfway through page 8 and
spit out a comm error report. Sending seems to work just fine for them.
Right now i'm looking at the PRI's they are using and I'm seeing clock
slips on both T1 controllers, which i've read could cause this problem.
I double checked with the service provider and they say I am supposed to
use their clocking, which matches the default config on my T1
controllers (clock source line). Anyone have any advice on figuring out
what is causing the clock slips? Thanks!
