[cisco-voip] Fax Machines

This is a rinky-dink little fax machine - while I don't know for sure its
not using Super G3, I kinda doubt it. I'll have to get one of their tech
support people to walk over and look, I'm pretty sure the user won't know
either.
The two T1's are on seperate routers, so I won't run into a problem with
different clocks unless they decide to bring in another T1 from a seperate
provider.
10 page fax went through fine now, I think the clock select command fixed
the problem.
