[cisco-voip] Headsets?

We have been using the Cisco headset adapters that allow you to use any
2.5mm. Although you feel a little ripped off when you see a small little
cord arrive for $15, but it actually ends up being cheaper than most
headsets, since you can buy a 2.5mm cellphone headset for next to
nothing. Our users have been very happy with the quality, and
flexibility, since there are so many headset options (I like the
Jabras).

I have seen a lot of plantronics (like CS50) and other cisco specific
headsets, but they are always more expensive than the adapter + $20
headset option.

Good luck,

Subject: [cisco-voip] Headsets?

What are people using for Headsets? I see a on Plantronics site VoIP
headsets but I also see a "coil Cord to QD Modular Plug for Cisco" for
$12.95. do you need this with the other Cisco recommended headsets? Or
is it for non - recommended headsets? I'm looking for the cheapest that
works.

Thanks

Scott
