[cisco-voip] can't display caller ID normally

I configure AutoAttendant through call router and call handler in unity ,but the caller number can't display and it prompts "From Voicemail" on phone before the call is picked up.And after picking up it,the caller number is display normally . Why ?
Configuration step:
1. set CTI route point with line 3888(DID) in CCM
2. On line 3888, all call is forward to voicemail
3. On Unity,set call routing: all call ,which calling number is on voicemail pilot, is send to greetings Administrator
4. On unity, set call handlers:Opening Greeting & Operater
Opening Greeting:call input 0 to send call to operater call handler
Operater:transfer all call to reception extension 3800
What'wrong with my configuration ? and better configuration for me ?
I post the question on CISCO forum ,but it can't reslove until now.So I hope it can reslove here.
