[cisco-voip] H.323 call gateway issue

I have a gateway that has FXo cards and over the past couple days I have
been receiving these errors:

Jul  6 13:20:57.955: %C542-1-NO_RING_DESCRIPTORS: No more ring
descriptors avail
able on 1 slot.

Does anyone have an idea of what this is a tell tale to?  Looks like Im
dropping calls in/out.  Also, I have validated that I don't have a
supervisory DSP option enabled.
