[cisco-voip] Proper way to set outgoing Caller-ID with CME 3.4(0)

Hello,
  I have a Call Manager Express install with 3 digit extensions assigned
to the phones and a PRI to the outside world.  For the outbound
Calling-Station-ID the 3 digit extension is being sent.  I tried a setup
like:

telephony-service
 calling-number local secondary
!
ephone-dn  1  dual-line
number 802 secondary 5055555802

but the 3 digits are still being sent.  This morning I was going to
build a translation pattern to prefix the missing 7 digits on all
outbound dial-peers, but I thought I should check for the correct way to
do things.
