There are several ways you can do this.Translation pattern is one of
them. The most preferable, i think, is dial-plan pattern,
in your case:
dialplan-pattern 1 5055555800 extension-length 3 extension-pattern 8..
The secondary number has nothing to do with calling ID, it assign
secondary number to telephony line (voice port).
