[cisco-voip] Device issues: 7920

Have you checked the max number of calls is set to at least 2?  1 will
not allow for conference or transfer.

 

What version of CM?

Good morning,

I have a 7920 phone and when a call comes in the transfer button is not
available. Is this a known bug? I have the latest firmware on the
device.
