Hi James
Not sure if you've received a response from your inquiry, but we have a
couple of back-door DIDs setup to access voicemail which takes the
caller directly to the sign-in for their respective UNITY server - one
DID/Extension is setup to access each UNITY system.
In CCM, we've setup an extension which is CFA to the respective Vmail
servers.
On the voicemail server, we've setup a Routing Rule such that when that
extension is dialed is sends the caller to "sign-in".
If you need more details please let me know.
Thanks
