[cisco-voip] Call Manager 4.1(3) MGCP Gateway Analog FXO Caller-ID

Here's my .02 worth, it only works with H323 which came up in several
discussions at Networkers.............

This has been on the wish-list for quite some time.

Works with the older FXO M1 2 port variety.

Works extremely well with the newer 4 port FXO card.

Both in H323 mode only.
