[cisco-voip] Studer on VM

I have a Unity 4.0.5 server integrated (SMDI) to a PBX.  Backended with
Exchange 2003 UM.

 

I've received a report that one user is getting a stutter on there VM.
She forwarded it to me and it is indeed stuttering.

 

Any ideas before I open a tac case?
