I can do that. I just type 'forward 2000885 2000411' at the command
prompt on my workstation and my second line is forwarded to my
helpdesk.

I presume, however, that you mean from the instrument. I can
*definitely* see where a department attendant should be able to forward
any of their charges without having to muck about in ./ccmuser or use a
maverick program like we do.

While we're on the wishlist for a department attendant, does anyone else
wish that the functions of the light and the button press on 7914 lines
were separate? I want the light to show the status of the line, but
pressing that button should *dial* that DN, or optionally whatever else
you program it to dial.
