In the list of the things you can do from Outlook, you forgot to list
"abandon international standards" and "railroad users into buying other
flawed and interdependent products".

It's marketing genius, but philosophical corruption.

Of course, I'm one to talk. I represent a significant investment in
Cisco equipment, software and services...
