[cisco-voip] IP Phone disconnects while on call

Hi All,

 

Have an issue where just a singe IP phone on a network keeps
disconnecting while on a call, we changed the phone and cables also port
on switch, will be changing the network point as well, I think it is a
faulty cable issue, just want to confirm though, and would like to find
out if anyone else experienced this.
