[cisco-voip] phones resetting on their own

Hi,

Having problem where phones will randomly reset for no apparrent reason out of the blue. The reason is deviceinitiatedreset and it isn't happening due to keepalives expiring, etc. The Last= reason in CCM detailed trace is Reset-Restart. These are on firmware 8.0(3) with 4.1(3)Sr3b.  7940 model phones. The status messages and debug trace page on phone is clean after this happens so is cleared out like it was really reset.
