You can take a look in the IIS logs on the CCM servers. You can see if
someone is actually reseting the devices, whether intentionally or not.

For example a reset of multiple devices will look like this:
2006-07-14 17:51:53 10.10.1.50 - 10.10.1.11 443 GET
/ccmadmin/_RemoteScripts/rs_device.asp
_method=getMultiDeviceResetCount&_mtype=execute&pcount=2&p0=4&p1=%7BD70C
EF54-5493-4B9E-9F1A-17DB231F72BE%7D 401 5
Mozilla/4.0+(Windows+2000+5.0)+Java/1.5.0_04 -
2006-07-14 17:51:53 10.10.1.50 administrator 10.10.1.11 443 GET
/ccmadmin/_RemoteScripts/rs_device.asp
_method=getMultiDeviceResetCount&_mtype=execute&pcount=2&p0=4&p1=%7BD70C
EF54-5493-4B9E-9F1A-17DB231F72BE%7D 200 0
Mozilla/4.0+(Windows+2000+5.0)+Java/1.5.0_04 -
2006-07-14 17:51:53 10.10.1.50 administrator 10.10.1.11 443 GET
/ccmadmin/_RemoteScripts/rs_device.asp
_method=doMultiDeviceReset&_mtype=execute&pcount=2&p0=4&p1=%7BD70CEF54
-5493-4B9E-9F1A-17DB231F72BE%7D 200 0
Mozilla/4.0+(Windows+2000+5.0)+Java/1.5.0_04 -

A single device reset looks like this:
2006-07-14 17:55:42 10.10.1.50 administrator 10.10.1.11 443 GET
/ccmadmin/_RemoteScripts/rs_device.asp
_method=GetServerProxy&_mtype=execute&pcount=0 200 0
Mozilla/4.0+(Windows+2000+5.0)+Java/1.5.0_04 -
2006-07-14 17:55:45 10.10.1.50 administrator 10.10.1.11 443 GET
/ccmadmin/_RemoteScripts/rs_device.asp
_method=resetDevice&_mtype=execute&pcount=2&p0=%7BC0E1A6F6-550D-4251-
A608-6FDCC32C9C42%7D&p1=1 200 0
Mozilla/4.0+(Windows+2000+5.0)+Java/1.5.0_04 -

You can look in the IIS logs around the time of the reset for this.
One thing that may help is the source IP Address is listed (10.10.1.50
in this case). This may help track down the person who is reseting
these devices. Remember the times in the IIS traces are GMT not local
:-)

HTH,
Kevin
