[cisco-voip] Gateway Jitter

Looking at my CMR data I see a consistent trend that almost all calls to
my gateways across the enterprise show 65ms of jitter. Anyone have any
idea of why that may be?

On the same routers when I do a "show call voice active brief" I see:

Telephony call-legs: 1
SIP call-legs: 0
H323 call-legs: 0
Call agent controlled call-legs: 1
SCCP call-legs: 0
Multicast call-legs: 0

Telephony call-legs: 1
SIP call-legs: 0
H323 call-legs: 0
Call agent controlled call-legs: 1
SCCP call-legs: 0
Multicast call-legs: 0
Total call-legs: 2

Looks like the delay values are related to the CMR jitter values.
