[cisco-voip] phones resetting on their own

I am having the same problem with 7941 and 7961 phones. I am running
CME 4.0 and the phones connect to a linksys POE switch. I have cisco
doing an investigation on the phones I am sending in to find out why
they failed. I don't think it is the switch causing it, but will be
swapping it out just to make sure.
