IPCC 4.x eliminates the share point should you decide to upgrade.

Is the MS anonymous user enabled with password? Check you Event Viewer
security log on the IPCC server?

You may have to map the drive (connect as) in a login script, etc -jason

Subject: [cisco-voip] Access to Desktop_CFG

I have an IPCC Express 3.5(3) running, not on the domain, not
integrated with AD. Users cannot access the desktop_cfg share, unless
they login first (and then launch CAD).

I have added Everyone, Guests, Anonymous, Internet Guests and given
all of them full control over the desktop_cfg share.

But it still prompts me for a login when I try to connect to it, and
CAD agents cannot login until I manually connect to the share and then
login with the IPCC admin account.

How do I fix this so that any user that sits down and logs into AD can
login to CAD?

Jonathan
