[cisco-voip] Setting up local DSP resources on 2821

Thanks. I just got done setting it up that way. I also went into CCM and
set up the MRG and MRGL, adding the new hardware transcode resource. I
chose the IOS enhanced hardware resource. The resource registered in CCM
however if I go to the gateway and issue the sho dsp active command,
none of the channels are in use, even though I see a call in progress. I
reset all of the devices in the device pool.

I'm still playing around with it...... Thanks though!

You need it all... confusing at first but after you
set it up a couple times it's not so bad.

Makes me miss the old NM-HDV config :-/
