As long as your voice interfaces are already configured on the router, it
is not possible to allocate too many dsp's for xcode/conferencing.
However, if you were to configure the xcode/conferencing resources before
you added your "pri-group" for example and you didn't leave enough dsp's
the router wouldn't allow you to add the pri-group command.
