[cisco-voip] Call Pickup 4.1.3

supposedly there's some new service parameter that allows you to confirm a call pickup. not sure if you say no and try again if it cycles through.

something worth trying.

  This might be a silly question but here it goes. In a standard call pickup scenario, I have 10 phones with extensions that all belong to the same pickup group. What happens if two or more calls are ringing on different lines simultaneously and then I hit the call pickup option to answer? What incoming call am I going to end up answering?
