[cisco-voip] NEED URGENT HELP FOR TCL IVR

Hi,
   
  Could someone help me with TCL IVR for cisco routers/access servers?
   
  I need some basic IVR script which will prompt the user for destination number (5-digit extension) and place the call to that extension.
   
  Please help!!!

  P.S. Please don't send me URLs for programming guides or similar on cisco site, or some cisco IOS sample scripts because I have tried it and my hair get white :)
