[cisco-voip] Need urgent help for TCL IVR script

Hi,
  Could someone help me with TCL IVR for cisco routers/access servers?
  I need some basic IVR script which will prompt the user for destination number (5-digit extension) and place the call to that extension.
  Please help!!!
