Uh, this looks like more skinny-group propaganda to me.  The features 
they're talking about are all PBX features, not device features, and it's 
very true that Cisco's PBX-side SIP support has been mediocre to 
nonexistent for a long long time.  But the SIP device support has been 
quite good, and all these features are available on Cisco 7900-series 
phones if you use Asterisk or SER or whatever, rather than CSPS or 
CallMangler.
