Andrew,
It is not very clear what exactly is the Issue ,are you not able to set
callmanager traces or are you having issues with CDR.if tracing use the
following link for seting up traces on your traces,do remeber that traces
affect performance of the system and eat up disk space.
BTW What Issue are you troubleshooting with Traces.
