[cisco-voip] CallManager Trace File

Here are a few things you can look at....

I have seen where disabling then re-enabling the traces will start them 
writing again.

I have also seen where filters to the traces have been applied, i.e., 
device based tracing or where the traces were moved to drive F: but we 
were looking on C:.  You can check the path in the bottom of the trace 
config page.

It is possible there is a permissions issue to the trace folder.  You 
can try changing the location to see if this is the issue.
