Hi,

I'm sending this e-mail on behalf of a client. Please assist.

Basically, I've setup up Call Manager to add the prefix 899 in front of
and extension before it forwards it to the Unity Server.

Everything works fine, except when it needs to turn on the MWI
light....is there a way to strip the 899 from the UNITY number when it
tries to turn on the light on the Call Manager? The MWI works if I add
the number without the prefix as an alternate MWI extension; I need
UNITY to strip the 899 prefix.

Best regards,

Sechaba Mokoena
