In Unity the only thing I could think of would be to change each
subscriber's MWI numbers.
Alternatively you can configure CCM to strip the 899 if you wish.
You have to enable a CM service parameter "Multiple Tenant MWI Modes"
first. This will allow you to set up a translation pattern in CM to
strip the 899 from the calling party number for calls to the MWI on/
off numbers.

Hi,
I’m sending this e-mail on behalf of a client. Please assist.
Basically, I’ve setup up Call Manager to add the prefix 899 in front
of and extension before it forwards it to the Unity Server.
Everything works fine, except when it needs to turn on the MWI
light….is there a way to strip the 899 from the UNITY number when it
tries to turn on the light on the Call Manager? The MWI works if I
add the number without the prefix as an alternate MWI extension; I
need UNITY to strip the 899 prefix.
