[cisco-voip] Call Manager up-grade

Thanks to all, we were able to get synch after we did the JTAPI
up-grade.

You can get the JTAPI directly from the plugin menu on CCMAdmin iirc -
that way you for sure have the right version to match your callmanager.

Do you need to upgrade the version of JTAPI on your server? Maybe its a
version behind..

According Cisco it should not be a problem with the current version we
are running.
