[cisco-voip] Can I trust Unity Call Handler Reports?

When I run a report in Unity-->Reports-->System-->Call Handler
Traffic-->A Selected Call Handler,
and give it a date range, say July 22, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm, and compare
the results to the individual calls in Call Manager CDR reports
(CDR-->Search-->By User/Extension), I get completely different call
counts. There doesn't seem to be any correlation between the Unity
report data and Call Manager CDR data.
I'm looking specifically at calls that come from the voicemail system in
CDR.
Are Unity reports trustworthy?
