[cisco-voip] Need Help : CCM 3.3 / AD integration ERROR after change the AD password

The first error is because the users already exist.  This is not a  
problem.

The second popup is not an error but a warning.  It always shows up  
after you run the AD plugin.  If you do not set those passwords then  
applications such as EM and MLA (which use those users) will fail.
