That is your problem... you need to go to the root of the AD if you are
going to use Multiple OU's.

Rerun the permissions wizard and change to the root.

Yes , user hasn't replicated to the DC CM .How resolve this.And How to
find out which account used to created to enable the callManager to
access the
directory 


Can you not find any users or it only the new one that's not showing up?

Step 2 Enter the command, CCMPWDChanger

Step 5 From the User ID drop-down list box, choose the user CCMSysUser
