[cisco-voip] Phones losing there Display/Dialtone.

Check your event logs and CCM traces to see if this CallManager has lost a
service or lost contact with the other servers.

Event log should show if any services are down.  It may be that one service
needs a restart.

I am having issues with our call managers in that if a change is made we
cannot seem to get the phone to come back up also if users go in on the
ccmuser web page they lose there screen and no dialtone also.
