[cisco-voip] Unity .vs. Exchange 12

Does anyone on the list have opinions yet on the upcoming Exchange 12
(2007) release?  It is going to be a fully unified messaging system and
voicemail will be an integrated component right out of the box
(apparently).

Has anyone seen this or played with this and have any comments?  

If this is the case, I can't see any reason to continue using Cisco
Unity once Exchange is released.
