[cisco-voip] Incompatible destination

Thanks Kevin, that's it working fine now, I have come across this
command before but did not twig it was the same issue.

Hi Nick, 

 

The one thing I notice different is the Bearer Capability. Is the phone
that is not working video enabled? 

 

You can place the command "bearer-cap speech" on the voice port to force
the calls to use audio only.

destination after it appears to timeout, this is only happening on these
two phones and they are setup with exactly the same CSS and using the
same gateway as the other phones in the office who can dial the number
